Every piece from Krobea is made with intention. Here is what to expect when you order.

Ready-Made Pieces

Browse the shop, choose your piece, and check out. Ready-made items ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Step 1 — Browse & Request

Find a piece you love or describe what you have in mind. For customisable pieces, you will choose your colours and enter your measurements before adding to cart.

Step 2 — Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team reviews your specifications. We will confirm your estimated delivery date and the deposit amount required to begin.

Step 3 — Pay Your Deposit

You will receive an email with a secure payment link for your deposit. Once the deposit is paid, we begin making your piece.

Step 4 — Production

Your item is handcrafted by skilled artisans. We will keep you updated on progress.

Step 5 — Ready for Delivery

When your piece is complete, you will receive a final payment link for the remaining balance plus delivery fee.

Step 6 — Delivery

Once the balance is settled, your order is packed and shipped. We will send tracking information as soon as it is available.
