How long does a custom order take?
Custom and made-to-order pieces typically take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and current order volume. You will receive an estimated delivery date after placing your order.
How do I pay for a custom order?
Custom orders are confirmed with a deposit. Once your piece is ready, you'll receive a link to pay the remaining balance plus delivery fee before it ships.
Can I customise a design I saw on social media?
Yes — that is what we are here for. Made-to-order pieces are built from a reference design with your modifications. Share the reference, your colour preferences, and measurements when placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Krobea ships worldwide. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and are settled as part of the balance payment for custom orders.
What if my item doesn't fit?
Because every piece is handmade to your measurements, we ask that you double-check your measurements before submitting. If there is an error on our part, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
